Hello dazzling darling's,
I know this is very last minute, but I've seem to allow time to swallow me up this past week due to the holidays and work. I completed the exercises we were told to accomplish a couple hours ago and beings that I have been awake since 4:30am, I fell asleep right after completing them for thirty minutes and had the most strangest dream that seemed to fit the guidelines of integral healing using universal love and kindess and parts of the integral assessment.
Just recently I had a bit of a hiccup at work. I went into a new position supervising employees that have been there for five years all the way to twenty years. It was very intimidating having to set certain guidelines and bring in new ideas. Some people like my ideas, some seem all right with them and some seem to not like my ideas or me at all. It's very frustrating being in the type of position I am in, but I am trying. The integral assesment made me realize that being the boss, you cannot make everyone happy, especially when it is close to twenty employees you deal with almost every day. I was hired for a reason and that was to control situations that need to be solved and to make the customers happier.
I like to reach out to other managers and supervisors to get their input on how I should go about solving a problem or coming to an understanding with someone who is unhappy with me being there. I also outlet to my husband every now and then and get his opinion, because he knows me and how I am and he understands that I can get very upset when people do not like me. He is my biggest support and allows me to vent all the time and give me very good advice. He was in the Army for ten years and had to work with new people every couple of months, so he understands finding ways to make people happy with what you are doing.
Back to my dream, it was me and random people such as customers and a couple co-workers and some family members and we all were in a room sitting in a circle with a bright pink light shining on all of our faces. I don't remember in full detail, but I do remember when I awoke I tried to make sense of it. It could be everyone is giving out their love to one another and everyone is content. Made it seem like life was so simple and in all honesty, it is pretty simple to be polite and happy everyday no matter what happens.
Seems like I just said a mouthful, but I hope ya'll can understand where I was going with all of that!
Have a good week. I know I am ready for the weekend already.

Subtle
Hello Darlings,
Well it is half way through the class that is teaching me so much about being spiritually connected in order to feel healthy and happy.
This week I revisited the Loving and Kindess exercise that was discussed last week and I have to say that it was more frustrating this time around than last because I knew what to expect and I couldn't quite get through it. The Subtle mind exercise was a lot better. The breathing exercise allowed me to concentrate on something physical rather than concentrate on a thought.
I actually use breathing to help me get through many things such as pain, stress or anxiety. There have been many times when I have had a horrible stomach ache and I breathed through it. People think that I would be a good canidate for childbirth, ha!
I think that physical and spiritual wellness are definitely connected! For an example, when I am stressed out I do not want to exercise! That is just a small, genaric example, but that example could lead to extreme health problems if I never wanted to go out and exercise to maintain health. Feeling spiritually good about yourself and your health can lead to good health. Keeping a clear, focused mind can definitely play a part in good health too.
Take care followers, thanks for reading!

A Buff Mind
Hello Darlings,
Well I did the exercises for unit four about love and kindess and to be completely honest I did not care for it too much. I suppose my mind was a bit distracted and I have so much love for so many people. I would think of one person or one animal and go back and forth. I might have to blame my distractedness from just getting home from the gym and having a lot of energy. Near the end of the exercise where it suggests thinking of others you love and take suffering away from them was very nice and made me think of all of my friends and family who are suffering from big or little things. I want them to be happy and full of love and life. I would reccommened this exercise for someone who has an overwhelming feeling of love and finding ways to contain it and control it. It certainly made me think of others and how others are feeling rather than the feelings I have now which made me happy.
Mental workouts are very important for everyone! Visualization or mental imagery can be a mental work out and let me tell you all that I am working out my mind everyday. Everyday due to lack of sleep or running around at work, during a break or a slow time of the day I tend to "space out" and think of all sorts of happy, light hearted things to make me feel better. I often chuckle to myself afterwards outloud and don't realize that people are around me and are probably wondering why my mind is so buff. :) Although they say "spacing out" isn't good, I believe it is a part of a mental work out and can help foster psychological health.
Hope you all have a fantastic week! Thanks a latter for reading. ;)

Physical, Spiritual and Psychological Well-Being
Good morning darlings,
While reflecting about my optimal wellbeing, I decided that on a scale of 1 to 10, overall I feel I am at an 8. Physically, I feel that I am pretty healthy! I go to work super early and get off in the afternoon, so I make sure that I just head straight to the gym rather than going home. It ensures that no matter what I am putting myself inside that gym and I will do some sort of physical activity to break a sweat and relieve some stress. On a scale of 1 to 10 for my physical wellbeing, I am at an 8. As far as my spiritual wellbeing, I could be right in the middle at a 5 due to I feel as though I am not very spiritual. Although I do reflect a lot on life and try to make sense of events that take place, I feel as though I can be more spiritual. My psychological well-being could be rated at around a 7. I feel as though I am still young and coming into my own and with my new job where I am doing more than I ever have, I feel as though I have a lot more responsibility. So I feel that as time goes on I will become independent and psychologically healthy.
- Physical goal
- to attend the gym Monday-Friday after work
- Bring a bag of work out clothes to work with me and change into my work-out clothes before driving to the gym
- Spiritual goal
- to reflect about my day
- At night while relaxing, I will find time to write within a blog or journal about my day
- Psychological goal
- to be more independent
- Do more activities by myself or with others besides my husband
I hope you all had a great weekend. I know I did as it was relaxing!
